Exclusive Podcast Interview With Easy Street Café Owner, Matt Vaughan

Easy Street Records and Cafe, West Seattle.

Easy Street Records has been a mainstay in West Seattle for over a quarter of a century. While the café came a few years later, it has solidified itself in “Seattle coffee history” – by being among the first Caffe Vita accounts – and the only café to host live concerts by Seattle bands Mudhoney and Pearl Jam.

Since 1999, Easy Street Café has loyally served West Seattle locals with its American breakfast menu, with specials like the Woody Guthrie Farmers Omelet, Dolly Parton Stack, and my personal favorite: the Easy Rider, which is a grilled breakfast sandwich with cheddar and bacon with a side of hash browns. And of course, they’re all served with Caffe Vita Coffee.

If you’ve been to Easy Street, you know that this place has it all – great service, great music, food, and an authentic community vibe that’s not easy to replicate anywhere. Easy Street Café is as authentic as it gets, which is why I love this place.

I’m so happy to bring you Easy Street’s owner, Matt Vaughan’s audio podcast Interview.
