Dubsea Coffee in White Center is a perfect coffee shop that illustrates this.
Dubsea is perfect for families (it has a dedicated kids’ area). It’s perfect for working. Perfect for neighborhood kids to pick up a hot chocolate after school. Perfect for enjoying an espresso.
I’ve recently dropped by a couple of times and was greeted warmly by the baristas and served a good shot of coffee too! I tried their cardamom latte and I really enjoyed it together with a delicious ham and cheese croissant. The baristas were very friendly and gave some recommendations on their pastry selection. Dubsea Coffee serves Stumptown roasted coffee, which is one of the best coffee roasters in Seattle.
With its open layout and windows, Dubsea is a great neighborhood coffee shop to sit for a chat with a friend, get that paper written, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. With its friendly staff, abundant natural light, and clean (not in the sterile sort of way) environment, I think you’ll enjoy it too!
